Delta Family Counseling, LLC operates on a fee-for-service, self-pay basis and does not accept or file most insurance claims at this time. Please contact Tara for more information on possible coverage through your insurance.

In an effort to help you create a counseling budget, some new options are being added to the payment process. You are now able to pay by check, cash, or credit/debit card with any Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo. Click here to download credit card authorization form.

Discounts now available for pre-payment of services, as follows:

10% discount for pre-payment of 5 sessions (must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise arranged).

15% discount for pre-payment of 10 sessions (must be used within 6 months of purchase, unless otherwise arranged).

*Currently Delta Family Counseling, LLC is registered as an out of network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. If this is your insurance company, please contact them about deductible and co-payments for your policy. Please note that as an out of network provider, it is your responsibility to pay for services and then submit your receipt to Blue Cross/Blue Shield as they do not reimburse our office, but rather reimburse the insured. If you have another insurance company, a receipt can be provided for those that wish to submit a claim on their own.

Payment is due at time of service.
